Product description
Research is conducted in a form of individual interview. It is concentrated on uncovering interface problems. Examined – target group representative – performs a series of tasks, typical for application being tested. Examination session is besing regitered for further analytical purposes. Users can be observed from separate observation room. Monitoring user desktop, mixed with recording of their response to usability issues is a valuable material for project team – even before preparing the analytical report.
